Samuel holds a West African Health Exam Board Diploma in Environmental Health and Safety from School of Hygiene, Korle-bu, Accra-Ghana. He also holds a Diploma in Environmental Health from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
Before signing up with Santol Energy in 2018, Samuel served in the capacity of Operations Officer for Dominion International Petroleum Ltd (a well-known Bulk Distribution Company) managing and coordinating communication and relationship between customers, Depot Managers, Drivers, Custom Officers and Liaison Officers of Oil Marketing Companies. He also ensured successful loading of products, kept records of invoices and reconciled with all requisite agencies and also prepared daily report of activities to his superiors. Samuel also worked as the Liaison Officer of Black Star Oil.
Before venturing into the Oil Sector, Samuel worked as the Marketing/Quality Control Manager of FAY Foods Ghana where he was charged with the duty of ensuring all hygiene and quality standards as far as food production and handling is concerned. Also before that, he worked as the Public Health Officer, Nkoranza North District Assembly, Brong Ahafo Region in charge of preparing itinerary for National Malaria Control and Prevention (NAMCOP) Team, organising Health talks for schools and communities across the District, facilitated, supported and participated in all local health and global health programs and also prepared quarterly and annual reports annual report on the department’s activities for the District for onward submission to the Regional and National offices.
